Gratitude and Compassion

Two things to remind myself every day - Gratitude and Compassion

It is what I will need to get through the day.



Stay focussed on the promises.

Stay focussed on Top Lines, Bottom Lines.

Stay focussed on that wonderful feeling of self. That wonderful feeling of feeling full of self.

To not have any fear of being alone for the rest of my life, thankfully that fear has gone. The desire to feel whole surpases anything else now.  Just one step at a time, one day at a time.

I am so grateful I am where I am - when there are so many in the world that don't have what I have. It is coming to me.
